Cancellation Charges
Note: Cancellation charges will be applied to all bookings, and in the case of any cancellation, all discounts and concessions will become invalid. The charges will be applied based on regular/normal prices.
For Car Rental and Taxi Bookings :
Normal Bookings -
Same-Day or after Ride Began - 50-100%
Within 48 Hours Before Scheduled Date - 25%
Before 3- 7 Day of Scheduled Date - 10%
Wedding Booking / Multi-Day Bookings /Advance Bookings -
Same Day - 100%
Within 48 Hours Before Scheduled Date - 75%
Before 3- 7 Day of Scheduled Date - 50%
- Above Cancellation charges are Minimum charges may be Higher as per the Booking Season and Time as decided by Management.
- No Booking Amount/Token Shall be Refunded.
- 100% Payment is Required Before 7 Days in Case of Wedding Car Rental / Seasonal Bookings.
For tour/package/hotel bookings, if you need to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the same in writing and will be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / Service Price
- 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / Service Price
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- We have Reserved all the Rights to change or discard the current offers without any Notice.
- To book a taxi, you will need to provide your Adhaar card or any other government-authorized ID.
- No booking amount/token shall be refunded, and 100% payment is required before 7 days in case of wedding car rental/tour bookings.
- Please note that kilometers are charged from garage to garage, and we cannot negotiate on this matter. If there is any damage to the vehicle due to the customer or their relatives, they will be liable to pay the damage cost.
- Non-preplanned or un-notified halting of the car/vehicle will be charged extra, and A/C or heater will be turned off in hilly regions. If the vehicle is taken to routes with very bad conditions, extra charges will be applied,
with a minimum of Rs.500/-.
- A/C or Heater will be Tuned off in hilly regions.
- For driver's night allowance, a charge of Rs.300 for a Car and Rs.500 for a tempo traveler per night will be charged extra after 8 pm.
- Additionally, a charge of Rs.200/- per hour will be applied if A/C or heater is turned on during heavy road traffics or in case of a parked vehicle.
